My two drinks that were said to be ready in 9 minutes from ordering, took 30. When asked why, the worker said that there were a lot of people in the drive-thru. There was one when I got there. They did all current drive-thru orders, even ones pulling up after I had been waiting, before they would even start door dash orders. Apparently to get service, go through drive thru only. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because the coffee was good, but it wasn't worth the wait and unprofessionalism."

"Brunches is one of my frequent to visit restaurants . There really is no beating the service in the restaurant. I am just starting to use their delivery service. The food was much better on my last delivery service. Today I got excited because the Shrimp and Grits is prepared closest to how it was served like my southern mother's was made. Food looked great. I only have two comments. First the dish had just a few shrimp on top of the grits. In Southern and coastal restaurants patrons typically prefer medium shrimp.The advantage is the customer gets shrimp in every bite. In coastal communities, seafood has typically been easily available. In open areas where shrimp isn't plentiful, it is understandable there are fewer shrimps. When I traveled up north, I couldn't get a better steak. The second problem is what kept me from enjoying my meal. At first bite, my dish tasted of next to nothing but salt. I tried to make it better but my tastebuds said "No!" I really would have enjoyed every bite except I barely got 3 bites because it tasted as if someone shook the salt all over it or perhaps it was unknowingly salted by two people. My order was also placed within the last half hour of the restaurant's closing time. Despite this unusual experience at Brunches, I will order delivery again from them."

"I've ordered here before. The chicken bruschetta sandwich had one 1" piece of chicken on it. It was a bread sandwich. I added some cheese to eat it. The steak Marsala meat was cut wrong causing it to be hard to chew. For a $20 sandwich I can give them a 2. The bread was good. "
