Not a dealbreaker, but legit spots simmer their bones long enough to release collagen!
The D3. Handmade Dumpling was okay, but not the best. Prob won't order those again. Would still order the soup here again if I'm not able to get it from my usual fave spot that does have collagen in their soup!"
