"Bentolicious ran out of the baked chicken, but quickly called so I could change the order to two of the Ichiban Fried Chicken with different sides. Great customer service! The chicken breast was split and breaded. There was either one fat breast split into 3 pieces, or a breast and a half. It was delicious. All the sides were tasty and well-seasoned (mixed veg, bok choy, pumpkin, mapo tofu & eggplant). You have to like eggplant for that version of tofu. I especially liked the salt & pepper pumpkin. "

"honest review of taiwanese style, it was decent! like half of the listed ingredients arent really included but you can expect mostly : lettuce, beef, mushrooms, instant noodles & tofu. if i dug to the bottom a little id find some other things (an egg, 2 oysters, fishcakes?, beef intestine(?) but not too much more. the soup itself was really tasty. a medium beef broth flavor with hints of the other ingredients in the bowl. its reminiscent of chinese style home cooking. i liked it. portion was good, big bowl. also note : the medium spicy is actually quite mild"

The Mongolian Beef (see pic) was $36 and tasted like dry beef jerky and the portion size was small. The crispy green Crispy Green Beans tasted like they were fried in soap. Seriously it tasted like chemcals. The Honey Crispy Honey Chicken was right out of a microwave. The Fried Rice was flavorless. The lettus Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps was a complete miss and The Great Wall of Chocolate ® lacked real flavor. I suppose everything is made in a huge warehouse and microwaved onsite. I will never order here again. $220 down the drain. Should have gone to Panda Express. "

"I DD the NY Strip and Grilled salmon. Hard to mess up NY steak so it was fine the salmon was over cooked and dry but edible. The meal comes with rice and what I think was supposed to be grilled vegetables., but they tasted like they were freezer burned, then grilled which made them inedible. Hard to ruin rice. I ordered salad and fried rice. The rice was made well but the salad was not fresh and came with a dressing that lacked mayonnaise and very salty. It was also terrible. I ordered the mustard sauce for the fish and ginger for the steak. Both sauces were also very salty and lacked any depth of flavor. I used to like this restaurant and food but it has gone completely gone downhill. "

"First (& probably only time) ordering. This seems like Chinese style Hawaiian food. Very skimpy short ribs in H7. BBQ Chicken and Beef Short Ribs Regular (see photo). BBQ chicken was not grilled & almost overcooked. Not a fan of the sauce. The broccoli was steamed while the baby carrots were raw. S1. Chicken Katsu was good & a huge portion (almost 2 full layers of chicken in the box) but the katsu sauce was very watery (still good) & reminiscent of a dipping sauce we've had at dim sum usually served with the fried tofu skin with shrimp. A3. Vegetable Egg Roll (4 Pieces) were ok. Tastes like typical egg rolls with less five spice than other Chinese restaurants. Originally appeared on menu as lumpia then veggie rolls with meat but there was more wrapper and cabbage & no meat. Whole orange (pictured) was given with order."
