The people working the line were getting through order in no time but finally at about 5:05 I was told by an employee that as my order was not due to be completed until 5:20 it would not be done until then. The white rice was completely out and they told me there would be no more so I my brown rice . The chicken was not hot it was lukewarm. This was very disappointing. The amount of chicken was shocking as it was very very little compared to other Chipotle's. This used to be my go to Chipotle but it has just gone downhill. The salsa was excellent and the lettuce was fresh and the beans were perfect!"

The sauce was good, and it was my first time trying that type of sauce. The rice was below average, but still acceptable.
The portion for the Mole Mexicano / Mexican Mole was generous. One area for improvement would be placing some of the sauce in a separate container, because during delivery the sauce mixed with the beans, as shown in the attached pictures. I am not sure whether that was intentional.
Freshness : The food seemed fresh overall, except for the issue I mentioned with the chicken.
The price was great for the portion and overall value.
I would order again, but I would try a different dish next time.

The broth was full of flavor with tender pork chunks, soft hominy, and a side of fresh, clean, prepped veggies ( cabbage, jalepeño, radish, lemon ). They also threw in some tostadas and chips with green and red salsas. Might I also mention I still have food left over, I appreciate their portions. This restaurant is FAR from mediocre, I enjoyed my entire meal from the beginning to the end. Also their glass bottled cokes are amazing and a grand size. "Food was tasty. The problem was that I wanted to order a side of beans to make my son something different at home. In the menu options they have the option in the sides for either beans or rice but it does not dive the option to choose which one you want nor the option to add special accommodation. My husband picked up my order and upon arriving my husband checked to make sure everything was accurate in the bag and noticed they packed a side or rice. My husband kindly asked a worker if she could switch the rice to beans since we wanted beans. She rudely said you ordered rice. My husband responded that there was only a option for both on the menu and we could not write it in either. The lady went back and switched it but when he got home I opened the bag and looked at my waste of money, a tiny container barely half way full of refried beans (cost $4). I'm not sure if the lady purposely filled it half way because she was bothered by the switch or what but I don't think this was fair."
