Plus, it was way overcooked. Tataki is supposed to only be seared, the taste was ok, but it was grey and very dry. I never saw fully cooked tataki before. And, no need for a field of bonito in my Beef Tataki either. You could easily cut it in half and save money. Rice was perfectly cooked, fish and seafood were fresh. I would definitely order again.
