On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the food quality a mere 2, which is disheartening, especially considering the cost. The entire meal, which was meant to be the only meal for the day, cost nearly $50, and the quality did not match the price.
Having this meal delivered to my home added to the frustration, as we had been looking forward to a satisfying dining experience. It’s regrettable to report that our experience with Arby’s was far from satisfactory, and it’s unlikely we’ll be returning based on this encounter. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so that future customers do not face similar disappointments."
