They also do not change their cooking oil oil often enough, resulting in bitter french fries and latkes. oftentimes, when I ordered delivery orders, they purposely skimped on ingredients or prepared the food very sloppily. for example there was a small square of cheese on a large sourdough grilled cheese sandwich most of the bread was bare and had nothing else on it I had paid extra for tomato and bacon but it was sadly lacking the main ingredient. another time, in fact,two times the eggs benedict arrived with eggs that were basically hard-boiled eggs. I learned my lesson, and I do not order certain items from them anymore. quite often,the quality of the items served does not match the price tag."

We have a very large population in Agoura Hills that does not eat red meat due to personal beliefs. They also do not have the chocolate cake. I find this really weird because other because other Carl's Juniors still have chicken sandwich options and the chocolate cake. I don't know know how they stay in business. The quality of the food at this particular Carl's is horrible. They don't change the grease, and they don't use their charbroiler. The burgers taste fried. the fries always have a bitter old oil aftertaste. it's gross"
