"Prawn Jalfrezi curry was the most bland I ever had and wasn't even a curry. It was like they stir fried it for a few minutes, more like a Biryani, the tiger prawns were good quality ones, but they should dehead them for a curry. Portions only just filled us up and we are people who usually leave a bit of food. They also got the order wrong and then when I called, they tried to blame me, my screenshot shows I ordered correctly. They made the error. I had to get my door dasher to go back and collect the order, not great. The dasher had a good attitude but take away restaurant had a stinking one."

"I recently ordered two non-veg tiffins from Bombay Spice Kitchen within two weeks, and both times the food quality was very disappointing. The chicken curry was watery and tasted like it was made mostly with tomato puree, with almost no flavour. The gravy was very thin and bland. In the second tiffin, it was almost the same basic curry again with no proper thick gravy. The menu mentioned lentils, but instead I received chole curry with only chickpeas, and it tasted terrible. There were also large chunks of onion and tomato that were not even cooked properly. I understand sometimes restaurants may have new or training chefs, which is why I gave it another chance and ordered again. Unfortunately, the second time was even worse. Overall, it felt like a waste of money and food. Very disappointing experience."
