Instead, the dish was overflowing with bell peppers, leading me to think Bell Pepper Extravaganza might be a more fitting name. Additionally, the taste was quite bland, and while the vegetables seemed fresh, they were undercooked, further detracting from the meal. This was my first experience ordering from this place, and unfortunately, it may well be my last due to these issues. The balance and preparation of ingredients need significant improvement to justify revisiting."

"I've heard nothing but amazing things about Kitzies, so I decided to try the Fish and Chips. This isn't a "Liked" review but there is no option for neutral. When I received my order, I was super disappointed. Not only didn't they follow the notes to include extra tarter sauce, it had NO tarter sauce. I won't eat fish without tarter sauce, so I had to run out and get some before I could eat my meal. When I finally got to eat it, the fish was fine other than being cold. It wasn't anything super special, but it was surprisingly still crispy and it was flavorful. The fries were average and the coleslaw was good. I tasted the Kids pasta which had a great flavor. I would order the regular entree size of this for myself in the future. The portion size for a kid's meal was good and it came with a drink. The only thing I'd say about the drink is that it had a safety sticker over the hole where the straw goes, BUT there was nothing keeping the dasher from just taking off the lid if they really wanted to tamper with it. I would suggest that they find a way to seal the cup better for safety reasons. "
