"This is the type of fast food place that has a consistent bitterness among every fried food, but sometimes that's okay. I wouldn't buy this often but they do offer plenty of different things you couldn't get all together at any other joint. The jr cheeseburger was the best part of my order with a tender bun, well cooked patty, and all the right toppings and sauces. The appetizers (curly fries, onion rings, mozz sticks) were all bitter but nice and crunchy without being too hard. I couldn't finish them due to the flavor (and having had a burger and taco plus some, that's fine). The shake with boba was tasty but very sweet. "The last few times I got the medium spice- it was very mild/no spice. I like spice- just not so much that it's the only thing I can taste.
I went with hot this time- but it was REALLY spicy. Even with the Cucumber Raita (V) (which I HIGHLY recommend) it was still borderline too spicy.
I got the Shrimp Coconut Kurma which I usually get with chicken or the vegetarian- so maybe it's just the shrimp that I'd be careful on spice. Less is more.
