I don't know if it's due to artificial coloring or boullion cubes. The chicken and cilantro broth was a bit salty and tasted like chicken boullion powder. I was hoping it would be made from scratch. The best thing I ate were the spring rolls. They were fresh and well wrapped. The only thing I wish that was different was the chicken used. The chicken was so chopped up that you couldn't eat feel or chew the texture. They used the same chopped chicken in the broth too. I prefer pull apart chicken for more texture and wholesomeness.
