More concerning, my son (who has a dairy allergy) ordered a plain cheeseburger with no cheese, which I clearly selected when placing the order. The burger still came covered in cheese. This isn’t just a preference issue—it’s a safety concern.
Both of these mistakes were entirely preventable. Taking an extra moment to carefully read and follow the order would make a significant difference.
