I have eaten Caffe Mona many, many times. Their deck is a wonderful place to dine during the warm months. Their food has always been great when I have gone there. But, I do it when I have time. Maybe rushing was difficult while making such splendid gourmet food. I will go there the next time and not add tension to tension. They have many customers from Children's Hospital and the like in the morning. It may just be too hectic so pancakes burnt in their sauce. My advice would be to drain the blueberry sauce off before using them. It might go better. Great cafe. They have been in Bloomfield a long time. I plan to eat there again and again but I am just saying ...I included a photo so the pancakes can be seen."
