"What a shame. We were so excited about having this as an option, but we will not be trying it again. The value is terrible. We ordered the suzma, and they sent us a tub of plain yogurt. That's it. Plain yogurt. We also paid $5 for a side of rice and were sent less than one cup of over cooked rice."
"The Mix Grill Kebab is crave-able. The bread is so yummy. The Olivier Salad is my go to staple. I've been here many times, had multiple dishes, always wonderful. It's my go-to when I'm stumped with the "what should I eat" question. High protein, tasty tasty, great value."

"The Bacon Temptation Omelette was packaged really well and was really fresh and still hot when I got it.
The Chicken Fajita Omelette was really good and tasty and hot as well. Packaged well and the portion size was perfect.
I would order both again!"

"well the flavor was fantastic but the portion was under a lunch for one and paying that much I would want to be able to share it with one or two other people. there was a lot of bone there was a fair amount of meat for a miniature lunch portion but for entree far beneath the amount that should have been served. a lot of liquid quite a bit of rice and if you were to include the bone and they were big and you're starting to get near a single person's entree for around $16. The bread that came with it was broken up and in pieces rather than whole pancakes so you could scoop it up and eat it was impossible. I don't know who let this out the door but somebody was not considerate. the heat level was right flavor was great The portion so small I just consider it inconsiderate. The samosa lacked texture and flavor the crust was fantastic. once again a lot of possibility but some failures enough to be very disappointing. I really enjoyed the flavor of the sauce but mostly just liquid."
"Great food, great price. Saag paneer was tasty, rice was nutty and well prepared. Proportions were large. I chose the second to highest spice level, it still was not very hot, but an attempt was made. Would order again."

"I have mixed feelings about this pizza. The Pepperoni Pizza was decent, with a homemade quality. It didn't have nearly enough pepperoni on it.
The Saag Pizza was very tasty, but my simple brain had trouble mixing more traditional pizza with something more like bread topped with Indian food. If I ordered again, I'd stick with one style."

"Saag Paneer is always one of my fave staples and Shaan did not disappoint! In addition to my go-to, I decided to try out some new items too. The Malai Kofta was phenomenal, such a cozy meal! The vegetable balls in it were a great medium firm texture, a bit crumbly if you cut into it, and I think potato and cheese based. The sauce was smooth and creamy and just a touch tangy, perfect to go with naan or your choice of bread. This time I decided to go for the upgrade Chef-Naan and was not disappointed. It was huge, like literally one half was bigger than my head, and was worth the extra money! It was very balanced and filling on its own. All of the portions are huge and I will be having the best leftovers for days 😋"

"My new favorite Indian restaurant! Portions are perfect, good prices, incredible quality and freshness, absolutely delish. The Bhatura and naan are the best in town. "Great flavors and I like the ability to set the spice level. The Indian Hot could be much hotter but it still tastes great. They also allow the choice of rice or naan. The Chicken Tikka Masala, Saag Chicken, Chilli Paneer and Butter Chicken are all excellent!"
"Second try on the Ulavacharu Guddu Biryani (Egg Special), I got the same spice level (hot) but seems much more mild than last time. Still unequivocally delicious bursts of flavor in every bite, so not a complaint. But I'm not British and I come for the heat, I want the spice. Ravi's used to be my favorite until they started toning down their spice level exponentially to the point it wasn't spicy at all, a disgusting waste of good food and unworthy of the price. Please don't pull a Ravi's and stay delicious. Godavari is now my #1 place, for good Indian flavor and heat, not to confused readers with that heavy cream stuff they serve at buffets and call curry, that stuff is more British than Indian."

"Every dish was good. Warning that the Goat Sukha does contain bones. Well worth the effort to get the tasty tender meat.
The real standout was the Goat Haleem. The presentation for take out was very appealing. The color and texture itself may not appeal to midwestern taste on first glance. At first sniff, you will change your mind. The balance of sweet and savory spices is like no other goat dish I have ever had. The flavor was so deep and layered. A must order. "

"First time eating their food: Chicken Tikka Masala and Aloo Saag were good - I think portions might be a little smaller than some other Indian restaurants.. Rice portions were definitely smaller and the rice was not cooked very well --- it was very Chunky. Appreciated getting a chance to try the drink that was included with dinner and I thought the delivery person did a great job...."

"This place always manages to dish out delicious and authentic Nepali meals. I high recommend any of the Thalis as it's a great amount of food for a very good price, as well as a sublime taste. You won't find Nepali food that matches this standard of quality, portion and taste anywhere else in the area. I also recommend the Chatpate, which is a spicy and tangy snack found commonly in the streets of Nepal. If you ever go in person, the service and staff are exceptional. Everything is made to order and always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!"

"This is the best place in Cincinnati for Indian Cuisine. You want flavor, spice, and leftovers for a while? This is the place. And, it's always hot when it gets here. The saag is perfectly seasoned and the veggies and cheese are top tier. So good!!"
"I order from this place often. The food is always good and fresh. It's the same quality as when I pick up. The Chicken Tikka Saag has larger chicken pieces than some of their other dishes. But the chicken is still tender and you get plenty of it. The Paneer Bhatura is always good and fluffy. This time it was fried a little hard so not as fluffy but still had good flavor. Next time I would ask for it to have it fried soft. "

"Ordered from there for the first time and it was just not good - chaat was soggy with not a good ratio of chutney, portion size of Chicken Tikka Masala was SO small in comparison to other restaurants and tasted so odd and Chicken 65 was not even remotely spicy
Highly disappointed "
"I tried the chili chicken today. It was really good. I also had two orders of the dragon chicken, which is my favorite. My only criticisms for Desi Bites is that they don't give you enough rice for the portion size, and sometimes they overcook their chicken dishes. Most of the time the food is perfect. I'd rather take the risk that the chicken is a bit overcooked, than pay 20$ per dish at any other decent Indian place in the area."

"I rarely leave reviews, but both the Chicken Mushroom and Chicken Vindaloo were the best we've had. I've craved the chicken mushroom since discovering it in Chicago and this is the best match. Will definitely be back!"
"Great food but it's overpriced. I just moved back from Boston and somehow Indian food in Boston cost me less than here. I got the lamb curry and while it tasted great, there was barely any lamb included in the dish. Would recommend New Shaan over Baba TBH. The only reason I went to Baba was because New Shaan is closed on Mondays."

"Oh my God -- the Tandoori Chicken Pizza is sooo good! And for a personal pizza I thought it was pretty big; especially for a $12 meal box. The fries were wonderfully seasoned with generous portions as well. I hadn't had Angilo's in forever, and I'm so glad I stumbled across this deal because I'll definitely order from there again. Fantastic."
"The Hawaiian is very tasty. The price is gear since ihave enough to eat today and enough for lunch and dinner tomorrow.

"They don't mess around with the spice. The regular is fairly spicy. Good portions overall, although they give you a small rice portion with your meal that is likely not enough for it.
It was great to see all the different spices in my food. Great flavor."
"This was SOOOOOOO delicious oh my gosh perfectly spiced, steaming and warm when it got here, it was packaged perfectly nothing leaked, and the portion was enough I could eat this multiple times and I will probably eat it for lunch and dinner. The eggs are so spicy and the Malaysian Paratha is out of this world. The Chicken Butter Masala is seasoned to perfection."

"Usually so good, but the vegetable tikka masala was dry and just not good at all. And i would love for the soups to come in something other than the back plastic container. They are so hot they melt the container. It's expensive. We deserve better. "

"This was extremely tasty! And Rice & Tikka Masala was a good portion for the price. The chicken was fresh and tender... it was absolutely divine. I also got Samosa (2 pc)which gave the meal a nice round out. After a long day, it was a nice, fresh meal I plan to order again!"
"Super flavorful. I got the chicken tikka masala Choose your Tacos Twist, Dahi bhalla, and Shahi Gulab Jamun (2pcs). Tacos were delicious. It was chicken tikka masala with rice in a tortilla with some pico de gallo style toppings. My main complaint was that the portion size was very small for the price. I got maybe 2-3 bites out of each taco. Delicious, but much smaller than other tacos I am used to. If I were to order again, I would get the burrito!"

"I ordered Kadai Ginger Lamb and wow it is delicious. Perfect tender meat and curry itself is delicious. Portion is full to the brim as in picture. I will certainly try out some more stuff out from the menu. "
"My first time here and I am super happy with the experience. The Chicken Korma was very creamy and bursting with flavor. The portion was significant and the rice came with it - was so fragrant! The Vegetable Samosa were outstanding and had more flavor than others I've tried. Nan bread was good enough to eat by itself but dipping it in the Korma sauce was decadent. Packaging was secure and everything arrived piping hot! Thanks for working hard to provide amazing food and bringing such flavor to the local area. You are appreciated! "
