"I got the Pick 4 combo with hummus, falafel, gyro meat and salad. Also a small order of fries and a small order of fried okra and an extra pita. Not inexpensive but lots of food and it was all very good. A really good thing about this place is that there are lots of options for extra sauce etc. I got some harissa aioli. Don't know what it is but it's delicious. And some stuff I did not order but I guess was just included. I call it the Green Death. It's apparently a sort of pesto made from depleted uranium. "This was my second order here. First time was brilliant. This time not so much. I again got the Pick Pick 4 Combo Platter with hummus, falafel, salad,pita and this time with grilled chicken. An extra pita and a small fry. These folks need to talk with their fry person. The fries were sad. Hardly fried at all and the falafels were hammered. Way overdone. And everything was just thrown randomly into a clamshell. So I had falafel in the hummus and the pitas were all wet from condensation. It wasn't appetizing, and considering that this order cost over 40 bucks they should have done better. I spent a lot of years in the business and I know how important consistency is and this is going to be a problem here. BTW the grilled chicken was not very good. Tough little nugs of fairly flavorless chicken. The gyro meat was a much better choice when I ordered last time. This place has real potential but they need to work on some things. It's all about attention to detail. The DoorDash delivery was perfect as it usually is."

"This is hands down one of the best Chipotle Pesto Hummus dishes I’ve ever received through DoorDash from this restaurant. The consistency in quality is always impressive.
Today, the bread was fresh and absolutely delicious—not stale in the slightest. I’ve been trying to cut back on bread, but honestly, this made me want to indulge even more. Oh well—worth it.
Now, I’m very particular about the flavor of Chipotle Pesto Hummus. Once you’ve had it done just right, it’s hard to accept a bland version. But tonight? Zero complaints. The seasoning was on point, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Often, there’s too much hummus and not enough of the chipotle chili kick, so it ends up tasting like plain store-bought hummus. But this time, the ratio was spot-on.
The cucumbers were crisp and plentiful, and the portion of bread was generous as well. Everything worked together beautifully.
Ten out of ten—highly recommend if you’re a hummus lover. This one’s a rare find. Not to knock Flower Child, but if you’ve had their hummus and thought it was good, wait until you try this. It’s fabulous.
I looked up the restaurant and saw it’s based in California, which makes sense—there’s a level of care and craft here that’s hard to come by. I could go on, but I believe in giving credit where it’s due. Amazing job tonight!!"

All in all, I’m rating this 4 out of 5 stars. The flavor profile and portioning were strong points, and with just a few adjustments—particularly to the bread and plating—this could become a signature standout.
