I don't usually play with Curry this late, at 12:30 am, but with this restaurant I'm not scared. The Whole Fish (Red Snapper) fish is always good here and drained well and the escoveitch sauce is nice and balanced. This fish was cooked well and still soft inside while fried on the outside.
