I complain how much food carts charge and hate it, but for what you pay you get an huge portion of meat on your tacos no matter what meat you pick. Every other food truck i been too in around nashville they give you skimpy portions for what youre paying like full price restraunt cost and more but here you get every last penny worth. I didn't need to salt or add anything, which I often feel is needed for most dishes I've ordered around town. I'm not a huge celery person (texture) and the chicken salad does have quite a bit. But it's cut up fairly small so I was mostly able to ignore it and just enjoy the taste of the salad. I've never had an eclair before so I can't compare it. I liked it. I wouldn't say it's as small as a finger as another review mentions but it's not huge either.
