"I am in LOVE with the Silver Duck! It just explodes in my mouth with so much flavor and have never been disappointed with the food.
I am however a bit disappointed with the restaurant itself.
The last time I ordered, I had requested and paid for chips, but they weren't included in the delivery. I think they were very busy at the time and it was just missed. I called right away to inform them of the oversight and left a message with my phone number, asking for a return call to discuss a resolution. The problem is that I never heard back from them.
I know that things happen and absolutely no one is perfect all of the time. BUT part of great customer service is to make right what goes wrong. I would really appreciate it if they would make this one right."
