I do want to say that it was not a terrible inconvenience for me to go get what I was missing (Im only 10 min away), & the fact that they WILL make it right if you call & tell them. He even added an extra cheesecake, which I didnt complain about bc it was delicious!!!! The cookie was fresh, as some taste stale & store bought. Not this. I could tell the cookies are made same day. I give McAlisters a 5 star rating, even though 2 items were missing. Oh & the chili was well worth the drive to get instead of a refund from doordash that would take days to receive. "The rest of the order was fine but the veggie sandwich was a shame. I have had it in the past and it was good. The total of the filling was less than 1/2 inch thick. The photo shows tomato slices, lettuce, a layer of olives, cheese melted over the edge, and many cucumber slices.
