Caldo de Costilla was one of the only slight disappointments, maybe it was just the expectation of a certain flavor/viscosity. Sopa de Mondongo was so delicious and flavorful. Guacamole con chicharron y tostones had exemplary tostones, crispy and massive. I took a chance cause takeout usually gives them small and soggy but not this place. The chicharron and guacamole were great too. The guacamole was fresh and the chicharron was crunchy.
