The brick Brick Oven Classic 12" Pie is so so good and the Garlic Sticks with cheese with a side of Tomato Sauce Side and Vodka Sauce Side is wonderful also. "First time trying this place and it will not be the last. The Wings (grilled) were great even after about a 20mins drive, would suggest a little added garlic powder/salt but otherwise; A-ok. The Short Rib tacos were very good and so were the rice and beans that came with. The Meat was super tender and salsa was nice and fresh, only thing is I do wish it came with some sour cream or guacamole on the side as an option; But even without they were great. And last but not least... the reason I will be coming back---> the Boatyard Bowl was so fresh and great amounts of everything from radishes, edamame, to the super fresh cuts of fish and the wasabi mayo, ginger dressing and ponzu are all great additions to truly elevate the flavors. "The pizza wasn't as thin crust as I would have preferred (as pictured), but I would still characterize the pizza as a thin crust pie. If I had gotten a large instead of a medium, perhaps it would have been thinner. Despite the thickness of the dough, it was delicious. I found there to be a good amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings and the toppings were of high quality (the ham was real chunks of smoked ham, not just sliced or watery deli meat that a lot of places use). The house salad was large and had fresh toppings (cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, red onion, and black olives over chopped romaine), making for a great side with the pizza. I look forward to trying some of the other items from this restaurant now that I know I like their pizza and salad. "

The best thing, is, aside from their HUGE menu, is how you can customize everything. Options are unlimited on how to prep, or what to add or remove. And that's a good thing. "I usually wait to leave a review until I’ve ordered a few times, and Pan Pizza has been consistently excellent. The quality and flavor never miss. The Detroit-style pizza is our favorite, crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, but the regular pan pizza is also very good. You can tell it’s all about the sauce, with just the right ratio of crust, sauce, and toppings.
The flatbread is also very good. I’ve never been a fan of cauliflower crust, but their cauliflower flatbread completely changed my mind, it’s fantastic. Great texture, great flavor, and again, a perfect balance of crust, sauce, and toppings.
