"I've ordered and enjoyed the Coal Fired Traditional Pizza 3 times before. This time I reordered it and added the Mediterranean Panini. The pizza was over cooked and the crust was burnt around the edges. The panini was also overcooked. The chicken was so dry and still had bits of rubbery skin attached and the spinach was a gray-green, like it came from a can. I couldn't finish it. The only thing eatable from this entire order were the fries."

"I ordered the 1. Avocado & Cherry Tomato toast, the 4. Almond Butter toast, the Immunity juice, the Summer Mojito juice, and the Classic Acai Bowl. Unfortunately i didn't get the summer mojito drink in my order. Don't know if that's an issue with the actual store or the door dasher, but regardless I didn't mind too much bc door dash refunded me for the juice. I will say you get a pretty good bang for your buck here compared to similar places. I was expecting one piece of toast for each one that I ordered, but it actually came with two, so it was a good value for the money for sure when other places charge the same for just one slice. My only qualm was about the 1. Avocado & Cherry Tomato toast bc I feel like they could have smeared the avocado all around instead of just putting slices on, as it didn't cover the whole piece of toast. I also feel like the toast itself is too thick and has me filling up on that instead of the good toppings. This could just be me nitpicking bc overall I did enjoy the food and drinks that I got. I haven't tried the Classic Acai Bowl, yet, but I'm sure it's good. And I would definitely order from there again. Thank you!"

One thing for sure, and this might sound nit picky, but this no plastic bag thing has gone off the rails. If ordinances were passed to ban plastic in your county, it should be a normal cost of doing business to provide paper bags. If someone's dining in and they don't want or require a bag is one thing, but when the public is using meal delivery services, it's not a good look that a driver has to handle and balance your bagless containers against them. It is in essence passing along your costs to the consumer with no regards to how it makes them feel when our food arrives. Presentation still matters in the restaurant business.
