"I asked how this costly restaurant prepared their veal parmesan. They told me they cook the veal in a deep fryer in vegetable oil. I asked them to pan prepare the veal in olive oil. The veal came to the table, and it was over cooked, burnt and tough.
The broccoli rabe I ordered on the side was boiled, not sautéed. It was all chopped up and waterly. No olive oil and no garlic.
When I asked the manager to take the veal back for a different dish, I received an argument.
This is an expensive restaurant. Not recommended."

The Shredded Pork in Garlic Sauce was especially good. Lots of vegetable variety in that dish . The sauce had a savory- sweetness and light punch from the vinegar. Pork was very tender.
Pan Fried Pork Dumplings (6 pcs) had a great sear on the wonton. The pork meat was typical of a dumpling, with a gracious amount of meat. The dumpling sauce was quite sweet but herbaceous as well.
The Crispy Pork Wonton (6 pcs) was the only thing we didn't enjoy. They were a little dry but being fried it is expected. They didn't come with any sauce. I am not sure if it was intentional or not, but with how dry they came out, a sauce wouldn't have hurt."
