The Hash Brown was somehow soggy and dry simultaneously, it was like it was pre chewed.

"I ordered the premium veggie. It has exactly the right amount of sauce, so it isn't dry, but it isn't too soggy either. Every component is delicious, but when they go together, they are incredible. Also, it comes wrapped in good quality paper, so it is easy to eat without spilling food everywhere. This, and the Garden Green Veggie are my two favourite menu items anywhere in Adelaide.
If it were any other restaurant, I probably wouldn't order fries because they always arrive cold, but Yankees fries still taste pretty good when they are cold. I didn't order fries today, because I didn't want to pay, but they threw them in anyway. Thank you!"
"I ordered the Yankees Special burger, fries and onion rings. The entire package was dripping in oil. The chips had no salt on them, the onion rings batter tasted like it had too much salt.
The burger bun was soggy, it had no taste. Extremely bland.

"The Tomahawk steak (DF). Was tender and cook well. One carrot the largest one, was completely undercooked and so hard even the fork woudlnt pierce it. Very disappointed by the very small handful of chips that I paid an extra cost of $4.00 as the swap option. For an extra $4.00 it seems a ridiculous extra charge for such little serving of chips. This amount of chips is dismal compared with other hotels and restaurants that I have ordered from.
Asidefrom the chips complaint, I am unsure what is used as a salad dressing for the Garden Salad (DF) but I had a mouthful of the salad which tasted nice, but very quickly I had some kind of an allergic reaction and the roof of my mouth ended up tingling and was immediately covered in tiny bumps. I took a couple of antihistamines. So unfortunately I wasnt able to eat it. So, not the most positive of experiences this time."
