"I don't know if I got the crappy end of the stick by ordering from DoorDash or what but this food is overrated, overhyped and not good, to say the least and that's me being nice about it. The food is not worth the money imo. My wife and I each had our own meals as well as Kielbasa for us to share and was left disappointed. Her ribs came with barely any meat on the bones but that's after already being thrown off by the smell upon first opening of the bag. It smelled absolutely horrendous, akin to a garbage compactor, which were the Green Beans that she had as a side by the way. The taste for them were no better. She requested I taste them which I did causing me to gag and spit them out immediately. The meats that I had were dry and bland (Pulled Pork, Brisket and Ribs) as if they had been overcooked all day or something, the baked beans tasted like something straight out of a can and the Loaded Mashed Potatoes with Gravy were dry as well despite it having gravy and the cabbage slaw was decent at best. I will say the Texas toast is really good. Light, fluffy and crispy all mixed into one but that was not enough to win me over. Nor was the sauces which were actually good. Woodpile is a way better experience and is how BBQ should be done, despite it being a little ways from home now. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and I shall not waste my money on ordering again."

Unlike some other restaurants that serve noodles and broth, KPOT puts the broth in its own container so you don't end up with mush by the time your food gets to you, and I am able to save it for tomorrow. "Love this restaurant! The BBQ Spare Ribs were tender with the perfect amount of sauce, the 20a. Chicken Egg Foo Young was not overcooked (which I love), my husband loved his 18. General Tso's Chicken. I loved the Crab Meat Fried Rice they use REAL crabmeat and they dont add all of the "junk" to their fried rice, they keep it authentic. They are my first choice when I have a craving for Chinese. "
"I ate at Shangri La on New Years Day and tried the Fresh Shrimp with Sweet Walnut and Broccoli (my bonus daughter had ordered it), and I fell in love! So much so that I had to order it tonight! Don’t know how they make the sauce but the flavor is incredible! It's lightly creamy and sweet, the broccoli is perfectly cooked, the shrimp are huge and the walnuts have a wonderful sweetness .Delicious! I had mine with Brown Rice and it was perfect! My husband also loved his Sweet and Sour Chicken with Pineapple. The Wonton Soup is so good, love the veggies in it. Shangri La is definitely a favorite! "

"Usually their food is always good. This time not so much. I got the Crispy Mini Beef Tacos and they were not packaged well. Alot of the filling came out and on the bottom of the container and was cold. Also their House Salad which is $8 was smaller than in person. For an $8 basic salad with minimal ingredients should have an adequate amount. "
