Not only fo you get your money's worth in portion, but the flavors were spot on. The meatballs and mozzarella in every bite. I wasn't even able to finish half before I was so full. And the salad was the best side salad I've seen in a long time. Everything was super crisp and fresh! I don't have 1 bad thing to say."

"The Papa Asada I ordered was better than I expected. Nice big potato, lots of cheese/sauce and a balanced amount of meat and everything extra I had added including the avocado/guacamole. The chips that it comes with are perfectly crunchy and a yummy combo of sweet and salty. The Chori-queso is very flavorful but not overpowering and great with a side of chips and salsa. The amount of options/modifiers is fair, it's overall a pretty good Mexican restaurant and I will be trying more again :)!"

"I've tried to order from them several times and they always canceled until today. The dasher gets there and they're out of the entree I selected (beef broccoli), so I asked for a different one (sweet and sour chicken). It turns out they're out of that one too! On top of those issues, the fried rice and chow mein are rather bland. And I honestly can't tell a difference between the general tso's chicken and the orange chicken. The dasher was very patient while the store was screwing us around and I don't blame them. But I'm not going to order from here again."

"I'm hoping it's a brief slump in quality, but I would be ashamed of the quality of the salad received tonight. I don't think there was a single topping, aside from the croutons and onion, that I didn't have to actually go out of my way to make sure was even there. For example, there was maybe five pieces of shredded mozzarella. I know I saw two or three very small chunks of chicken. There was less than half the usual Canadian bacon. I was annoyed enough that i stopped even trying to find out the rest of the veggies. I can't even tell you if they were there."

"I got the one meat plate with the kielbasa. The kielbasa was so good that I'd managed to eat two-thirds of it before remembering there was sauce for it 😅. I got the red BBQ sauce, and it's just as amazing as the Kielbasa, so I used it on the rest of the pieces! The sauce is the perfect combo of sweet and tangy, without being too sweet. I got the baked beans and the macaroni salad as my sides. The macaroni salad was good, though not quite what I like in a macaroni salad. The baked beans were perfect, lightly sweet, tangy, and so, so good. Last, but most definitely NOT least, I got a piece of the Texas cake and O.M.G. I had to get it just to try it, and it's so good that I'm VERY tempted to say 'dairy allergy consequences' be damned' and eat the rest of it. "Okay, so best chicken with or without bones!!! We have been eating at Hales for about 4years now, since the day after moving to Oak Harbor. We'd been unpacking all day and needed sustenance!! We fortunately chose Hales. The chicken is always so moist! The batter is flavor without "out flavoring" the chicken. All of their dipping sauces are great, but the "Crack" sauce is in a class by itself. We love the FRIED OKRA , it's tender and delicious. The FRIED PICKLES are amazing crispy on the outside and entirely "pickly" on the inside! Their beingets are also so good. Too good!! So order without fear and enjoy with gusto! The Strawberry Milkshake was bombbb however for almost $8.00 it would be better in a larger cup instead of a small fast food type cup so it's more worth the price. Definitely would order here again but maybe not the milkshake due to how much you get. Food was very fresh and still hot upon delivery. :)"
