"The Sausage & Egg Biscuit Combo sandwich is usually great. But they missed the mark. I ordered around 7am thinking it would be fresh. The sausage was dry and old, maybe from day before, tasted old. The egg was was so thin and was tiny, poor portion, and the biscuit was undercooked. Hash browns were very good and fresh. Side of Gravy was ok, but so many big large pieces of sausage, left little room for actual gravy.
Almost ordered First Watch as price was similar. Think I'm done with Hardee's for a long while."

I was not able to cancel the order on my side since the app said they were already preparing. The staff also didn't know how to cancel. A woman got on the phone and said they did have string beans.
