"I make the extra drive and place orders to this location because I always get 10 out of 10. Today of all days not so much. I got a pound of mostly crumbled meat. I called to let them know and although the 1st response was not the what I was expecting, they did agree to redo the next time I am in the area and want brisket.
They are a good place to eat, they should have paid more attention to what was going out the door especially on a holiday centered around bbq.

"The Fettucine had too much black pepper in the sauce. It ruined the otherwise perfect broccoli and chicken and noodles. The New York Thick CrusT was what I would call "hand-tossed". The pepperoni was too spicy and the cheese kept coming all the way off with every bite. When making the pizza, if you put some of the cheese under the toppings, this is much less likely to happen. You can sub mozzarella for the default provel! The Garlic Cheese Bread- App uses provel with no option to sub mozzarella which is a shame since it's delicious thick cut Italian bread. We scraped the "cheese" off and ate the bread. The chicken in the Chicken Parmigiano Dinner was very good: nice lightly seasoned flavor, thin breading. The sauce was sharp but the cheese was, once again, provel. The sauce on the side of spaghetti was a different red sauce with green peppers so they couldn't be combined. Why is it so difficult to find restaurants that serve chicken parmesan with spaghetti? Chocolate Cake was dry."
