"I got the vegetarian combo and it was amazing! The cabbage was so perfectly sweet. The injera was so delicious it has the most addicting flavor, especially when paired with the delicious stews it comes under. For the collard greens I got two orders because they are a nostalgic food for me and these did not disappoint! Everything was incredible. "
"This food is DIVINE. The injera bread alone is worth it. I live! The Mild Chicken Stew was so amazing---the tender chicken was practically melting off the bone. I was pleasantly full and still have half of it left---lawd this might be my favourite restaurant. Very much a go-to now.
Used to get Ethiopian take away back in Seattle. Thought the delicious injera bread lost to us moving East, but pleasantly surprised and very happy to see this cuisine in Lansing. We need more like it. "

"This place is unassuming but the food was absolutely delicious. I had a mini bowl and was so full afterwards. Literally considering ordering it again tonight. Hard to find nutritious take-out. Lots of vegan and dairy free options."
"This was probably the best food I've ever ordered through Door Dash. I had an Honest Bowls with the cole slaw as the base, and Tandoori chicken as the protein. Everything was fresh, the flavors were complex and the chicken was tender and moist. If there's bread in heaven, it is probably the bread that came with my bowl. Don't sleep on this - it's exceptional, imaginative food. "

"A Taste of Mexico – Restaurant Acapulco Mexican Grill
If you’re craving Mexican food that bursts with authentic flavors, Restaurant Acapulco Mexican Grill is the place to be! My recent meal was an absolute delight from start to finish, with each bite crafted to perfection. This restaurant doesn’t just serve food—it serves an experience that will make your taste buds melt and leave you wanting more.
The meal I enjoyed showcased the best of Mexican cuisine. The rice was fluffy and packed with flavor, perfectly paired with creamy, well-seasoned refried beans. The main dish, carefully wrapped to retain its warmth, was filled with vibrant ingredients that balanced beautifully. And the sauces? Just the right kick of heat and richness! Each bite transported me deeper into a satisfying and authentic journey that only true Mexican cooking can offer.
Restaurant Acapulco Mexican Grill’s commitment to quality goes beyond flavor. Even when ordering for takeout through DoorDash, they package everything so carefully that it arrives fresh and ready to enjoy. And their margaritas? Simply the best! Even as a takeaway, they’re a highlight, packing just the right punch and adding the perfect touch to the meal.

"Hakata Modern Ramen was just ok to me. Not very much flavor, and was very basic. The portion overall was good, but there was only 4 bite size pieces of the chashu. I got deliverly and the noodles and fixings were in a Styrofoam box so had transfer to my own bowl.

"Cancun never fails. I had the Ismael Special full , and one of their Horchata Rice Water drinks. Not only was everything delicious, but the portions were crazy big! 😄 The Ismael Special was enough for two people for dinner, and I have enough left to take to work for lunch tomorrow. (Yay for my team! 😁) The Horchata was - I think - 32 oz!! I have more than half of that left. I should have taken pics but I didn't. Next time. I highly recommend. My Dasher was great too. ☺️"

"The food is great HOWEVER.... I sat in for the first time not too long ago and go the smaller portion which included a bed of rice and two legs for the jerk chicken meal for $20. I inquired on the difference between the jerk chicken meal and the jerk chicken extree prior to ordering and was told the more expensive meal was 26 dollars and I was advised it was a bigger portion. Since i enjoyed it sitting in, i got the more expensive option for the jerk chicken and rice this past weekend hoping for a bigger portion of the chicken as told by the waiter and was given 5 of the smallest wing dings I've ever seen in my life. Taste was spot on but I was disappointed with the portions and what I was told from sitting in. What did I pay $6 extra for?"
"The taste was good but not a lot of food for $50. The Egusi with Fufu was good but too much fufu for the egusi. I added beef and got 4 small chunks of meat. I also got the Collard Greens and it was super spicy and not a lot for $7 as is."

"Uni Sushi and Raman is always delicious. I just love their Poke bowls but wish there was more options to add extras. It can sometimes be more rice/greens than anything and that's disappointing. "The Kung Pao Chicken 宮保雞丁 had good flavor overall, but unfortunately, it was not spicy at all. The restaurant really needs to step up its game with this dish because while the foundation of the flavor is there, both the seasoning and heat could be elevated. Kung Pao Chicken should deliver a noticeable spicy kick alongside its savory flavors, and this version missed the mark in that area.
The Fish Ball W. Curry Sauce 咖哩魚蛋 was also flavorful and enjoyable, but once again, the expected spiciness was missing. The curry sauce tasted good, but adding more heat while maintaining the existing flavor would make the dish much more satisfying. Spice in a dish is like seasoning in a good curry—it should work with the other flavors to create depth rather than overpower them or disappear completely.
Both dishes came with rice, which complemented the sauces and flavors nicely. The portions were also satisfying and enough for one person, making the meals feel worthwhile.
The Thai Tea 泰式奶茶 was good and refreshing, and I appreciated that a straw was provided. However, compared with the restaurant’s regular Milk Tea with customizable flavors, the Thai Tea did not stand out as much in terms of taste. The flavored Milk Tea remains the stronger option for me.
Overall, the food was flavorful, good quality, and worth the price. The portions and included rice also provided solid value for the money. However, the restaurant really needs to improve the spice levels of dishes that are supposed to be spicy. Both the Kung Pao Chicken and Fish Ball with Curry Sauce had good flavor, but unfortunately missed the mark when it came to heat. With a better balance between flavor and spiciness, these dishes could go from good to great.
"
"The Hot Spicy Fish Fillets 麻辣香水魚 delivered on their promise of heat and had a generous portion size. The flavor was enjoyable, and the spice level was exactly what I expected. However, the biggest issue was the packaging. When opening the container, some of the sauce had spilled despite the dish being sealed. Given the amount of sauce included, the packaging could be improved to better prevent leaks during transport.
The Fish Ball W. Curry Sauce 咖哩魚蛋 were also enjoyable and had good flavor, but they did not match the spice level suggested by the name. The curry sauce was tasty, though the balance between flavor and heat could be improved. A well-prepared spicy dish should be like a perfectly blended curry—where the spice enhances the flavor rather than fading into the background.
The steamed rice paired well with both dishes and helped balance the stronger flavors. The standout item, however, was the Mango Milk Tea. It had the right amount of sweetness, the ice level was well balanced, and the mango flavor came through nicely. It was easily the star of the meal.
Overall, I enjoyed all of the items and felt the food quality was good. While the meal is on the expensive side, it is generally worth the price. Improving the packaging for the Hot Spicy Fish Fillets and increasing the spice balance in the Fish Balls with Curry Sauce would make the experience even better."

"The Pad Thai was both spicy and deeply satisfying, with a generous portion that was more than enough to keep me full. It’s undoubtedly one of the restaurant’s standout dishes, and the variety of vegetables incorporated into it only enhances its appeal. Much like a well-balanced recipe that brings together contrasting flavors to create something greater than the sum of its parts, this Pad Thai achieved the perfect harmony of spice, texture, and freshness.
On the other hand, the Crab Rangoon Nachos were an explosion of flavor—rich, creamy, and packed with delicious stuffing that made them both unique and unforgettable. The combination of crispy nachos and fresh vegetables elevated the dish, giving it an unexpected but delightful twist. They were truly out of this world, proving that when creativity meets quality ingredients, the result is something extraordinary.
Overall, both dishes left a lasting impression, and I look forward to ordering from this restaurant again. The attention to flavor, portion size, and ingredient selection makes it a place worth revisiting."
"Tiger bite steak is always delicious. I don't know what the sauce is that they put on the side but it's yummy. And it's all especially tasty when you add that crisp cucumber and fried rice. It was a good size steak. I've ordered several times and will continue to do so. The Pad Ka Proa is also yummy and a regular favorite. "I must have orderedfrom every Mexican restaurant in town, but I keep coming back here - I think I should stay. The Tacos are generous and not dry, the shells have just a bit of crunch that I love. the Veggie tostada is crisp enought that you can pick it up without it folding or drooping - so many other places do that. "Everything was thoughtfully packaged to keep my food in the best shape possible (soups and noodles and vegetables separated) and everything we ordered knocked it out of the park. The shrimp spring rolls were loaded with shrimp and the portion sizes were all very generous. Try the banh xeo (a little soft by the time I got home but after a minute or two in the air fryer was perfectly crisp) and Mi Xao with shrimp, the pho was also excellent with a nice clear broth that needed very little additional seasoning."

"Best Nachos in town! Way too much for one person, so share!"
"Honestly, nothing to write home about but not a terrible meal. The Chicken Taco with Chile Colorado were fine, kind of bland even with the salsa rojo (which, tbh, was also bland). Husband enjoyed the tamale from the Combination Plate but didn't care to finish the enchilada which was in his words "mostly just sour cream and cheese". Coming from him, that's pretty wild bc he's usually a dairy guy. He said his taco was fine. The Chicken & Rice Soup was fine, again, nothing exciting or special but nice and hot. The Sopapillas was a travesty however. I like to try sopapillas everywhere I eat that offers them because they're always a little different. This one was DARK brown, I should have taken a picture before I threw it out, I've never seen a sopapilla so dark before. It was vaguely mushy like the oil wasn't hot enough, with absolutely no cinnamon sugar on it? And a little thing of Smuckers honey on the side. I forced myself to eat two bites before I gave up on it, at least it was cheap."

"Ruben Reuben Egg Rolls (Delivery) and the Scotch Egg (Delivery) are to die for! Definitely my top two favorites and I've ordered each as an entree a few times. The Irish Chicken and Fish and Chips were also great! "
"I deeply regret ordering from The Irish Pub! The Corned Beef Dinner was practically uneatable... the corned beef was sliced thin sandwich meat that was dried and flavorless, the carrots were BLACK and overcooked, the cabbage was scraped up and disintegrated 1/4 cup of mush, the potatoes were undercooked and still raw in the center, and the bread was old and hard as cement - eating it would have shattered teeth!
The description and price of the Chicken Tender Basket might have you thinking you're getting fresh quality chicken tenders... don't be fooled! You can get fresher and better quality chicken tenders from any of the fast food restaurants. These are very cheap, thin, and tasteless which were served over cooked and dried out jerky covered in cornmeal. 🤮 I also ordered Fries with ranch but I received onion rings with bbq sauce. Don't waste your money on the cornbread mush onion rings... again super cheap low quality product that has no business on a sit-down restaurant menu."

"Chicken Tikka Masala and Vegetable Makhani were absolutely mind lovingly delicious. super generous portions. Vegetable Samosa also absolutely incredible. And the Garlic Naan ? Absolutely perfect. Some of the best Indian food I have ever eaten. Thank you team! We will be back."
"Unfortunately, this order was disappointing compared with my previous experience. For the Tandoori Chicken/Fish/Shrimp/Paneer ,I selected fish as my protein, but the Tandoori Fish fell well below my expectations. The flavor was underwhelming, it lacked the spiciness I was expecting, and the portion size was too small to make up for those shortcomings. Although the fish tasted fresh, the overall dish simply did not hit the mark.
The Garlic Naan was the strongest part of the meal and tasted very good. The Mango Kulfi was fresh and tasted alright, but it was not particularly memorable. I was also disappointed with its packaging, as the plastic container arrived slightly damaged. Napkins were missing from the order as well, which was another small but noticeable issue.
What made this experience especially disappointing was the difference from my previous order. Last time, the food offered good quality, satisfying flavors, better packaging, and solid value for the money. This time, despite taking roughly the same amount of time to prepare, the overall quality seemed to have declined. The flavor, spice level, portion size, packaging, and attention to detail were simply not at the same standard.
A restaurant experience is like a well-prepared curry—quality, flavor, spice, portion, and presentation all need to work together. If several of those ingredients are missing, the entire experience feels incomplete. Unfortunately, that was the case with this order.
Overall, while everything seemed fresh and the Garlic Naan was enjoyable, I was very disappointed with the meal as a whole. Compared with my previous experience, this order did not provide the same quality or value for the money. I am willing to order again because I know the restaurant can do better based on my previous experience, but I hope there is greater consistency in flavor, spice level, portions, packaging, and overall quality next time."

"That wrap was probably the best I've ever had"
"They gave me a footlong instead of six inch. Here's what I like, this is not greasy at all, it's a change of pace for DoorDash. It feels substantial. It is a lot of bread though. But the flavor is good. The total calories of the footlong steak and chips was 1,100 calories. Which wasn't bad. It's a really solid meal and tastes good. I don't even really want to rate it because it's just solid and I would order it again. However I will, the chips are a 7/10 and the footlong is a 6.6/10, that's the taste rating. As a whole it's more like a 7.8/10 experience. I also like 1k calories of this WAY more than 1k calories of pizza. Much less greasy and less stomach pain."

"the chicken was crispy and juicy. vegetables cooked perfectly and a HUGE portion.the rice was really good."
"Usually I really enjoy their food.. but today's order was so disappointing. The $10 spicy chicken wings is just 5 small pieces, lacking in flavor, and very chewy.. (while they're heavily sauced, they were not spicy at all). Also, im unsure what I was expecting but $7 sesame balls were tasty but very small sized (bite size).
