"Guadalajara has been a family favorite restaurant of ours for many years. However, there was a bit of a wobble when the restaurant changed hands from one family member to another. But if my order today is any indication they are back on track and going strong.
Today's order consisted of a 6. Combo 3 - Choose Three combination plate. My choices were 2 Chile Rellenos filled with cheese, and 1 Enchilada also filled with cheese. The meal comes with rice and beans also on the plate. As well as, a bag of in-house made tortilla chips and salsa.
Everything was delicious, well made, and perfectly presented. I really love their creamy refried beans, and although I'm not a big fan of rice, Guadalajara's rice was exceptionally tasty and I enjoyed it.
The only change I would like to see the restaurant make would be to add Enchilada Sauce over the Chile Rellenos. While they were delicious as presented, I would have enjoyed them even more if they had been topped with their lovely sauce."
