"I can't say enough good things about Ananas Cafe! Yesterday, they made a mistake with my order and forgot to include the price, but they were very apologetic and assured me they'd refund the money. Today, I ordered from them again, and they truly went above and beyond to make it right. They upgraded my sub from a half to a full, gave me a large fries instead of a side, and even included a free Coca-Cola and a bag of chips—all to apologize for the previous mistake. I want to emphasize how much I appreciate their amazing service. I wasn’t upset with their error because their service and food are always fantastic, and I even told them I didn’t need compensation. They left it too long bc the cheese wasn't melted, it was 'cooked'. Honestly, I could've gotten better at a fast food place for less money."
