"This was my first time eating at DiBella's. I got the Uncle Louie, on everything bread, with cheddar, horsey mayo, onions, baby spinach and roasted reds. The bread is good, but really hard on the top. I love the unique bread choices they offer. I am confused by the cheddar cheese, as it's in strips as opposed to a whole slice; you don't get cheese in every bite. The veggies are fresh, and I love baby spinach on a sub! Horsey mayo....interesting. I was expecting a horseradish flavor, but it is oddly sweet and doesn't contribute much to the overall flavor of the sub. Would get regular mayo and horseradish next time. The different meats are tasty, love the roast beef, and there's a decent amount. I also ordered the macaroni salad. I am really disappointed with the small portion. At almost $4, I expected more than a few bites!! I got a dill pickle, because who doesn't love a giant pickle?! 😜
