They were out of the dessert I ordered and both my Dasher and a store member called to assist me in finding a replacement that I was OK with before the dasher left. If it's a popular choice the order can get glanced at and that detail missed. I had ordered something from a local fast food place nearby that usually does OK, but I had an awful experience early this morning and used my credit from that experience to take a chance on this place for the first time. The House Made Soup was great, the Bread Basket was already a good value for the portion size. However, don't order the Crab Stuffed Mushrooms, I got three mushrooms the size of a Carmax lip balm container. I started to call and ask if there were some missing, but looking at the advertised photo it seems they really only give you three. I also ordered the Southwest Roasted Wings, which weren't cooked all the way but the flavors were good. Quality just is inconsistent. "
