I'm disappointed. They used to be good ?! juicy !hot /fresh! now they seem more dry, extra crunchy (in a bad way) in certain areas making it inedible. Flavor is more dull as well. All the sauces that came with my meal were not in the bag. Which I paid for. The pretzel bites have to be the best thing honestly. The queso that went with it was a dissatisfying glob clump/of something no one would want to eat. Looked like sludge you'd find in an old pipe. Every box was falling through the bottom. Unacceptable. This isn't the first,second or third time my experience haven't gone well. I've lived here for years. They just don't make DQ the same anymore. Will I order again? No."
