Popcorn Lobster 10pc. and Spicy Crab Roll are two of my usual orders and I also just tried the Pad Kee Mao (to try something off their non-sushi menu) and really enjoyed that as well. The portions are really generous and you will not leave hungry! The staff is really nice as well. "We order from Brown Sugar about once a month, and usually have no complaints. Their food is better than almost any other Asian food in the west side suburbs! The Orange Chicken had many overdone pieces which resembled stringy, tough jerky as well as several clumps of fried breading without any chicken at all. The Basil Fried Rice was also overdone, with crunchy, charred pieces of rice which was also dry. As I said before, we order from here often, and usually the same food, so I'm guessing it was an off night (hence the 4 stars instead of 5), but my family was definitely disappointed."
