The picture and description sounds more like a roasted pork chop that's crispy from the roast not crispy from being breaded and fried. And what they mean by fresh herbs are green onion, garlic, and kung pao chili. Again I loved it. Just think people deserve transparency especially when spending $24 a plate. Not much of a fan of the price. A bit too pricy for a pork dish. I probably won't order it again based on the price alone. But if you want breaded and fried pork chops at least now you know what you're ordering. The chow mein is very basic, and so not worth $22!! The hot sour soup is very good. But I ordered it a couple nights ago and it was so good. Price is somewhat decent on this and you get a good amount. However, I ordered it tonight and it's ok but not as good two nights ago. But now I'm apprehensive on returning cause of the inconsistencies. So all in all there is lack in consistency, transparency, and food is over priced. But still good."

"Not that The Uppercrust sandwich wasn't good. the taste was there for sure. The bread was just too hard. Every bite was laborious, yes I have good teeth ;). When you get sandwiches with harder bread, the ingredients always squish out upon biting. I'm at about a quarter left of my sandwich and all the ingredients are already gone.

"My iced coffee was received in good condition with minimal melting. Really good, smooth cold brew. The marshmallow foam tastes amazing and held up well in transit; melted into the coffee at a nice, slow pace. Photo is from about 10 minutes after receiving. My one suggestion would be to include a straw with DoorDash orders or rethink this sticker/lid combo, but other than that, great delivery and great coffee.
I know and appreciate that the DoorDash sticker over the lid is to avoid spills, but since it's a paper sticker over a sip-lid top, it didn't peel off cleanly and left a bunch of paper residue around the sipping area.
