However the tamale was not good. The pork was dry, the masa was tasteless, very thick and dry. Fresh made tamales have a thin layer of masa, not a layer of wall paste. It left me with the distinct suspicion that it was a cheap commercial frozen product and not prepared by Rose Cafe. I'm unlikely to order from Rose Cafe #2 again."
