My curly fries were hot and fresh and the order was full.  However, my cheddar cheese was not included. There was also no napkins in there. Overall, it was good, but I think the packaging and logistics of the fish sticks could be improved. Plus, I wouldn't mind somebody quality checking my order to make sure that I got what I asked for. I understand it's only a dollar but it's some thing that I look for when I treat myself to Arby's. One last thing, I ordered cookies, and I had never ordered them before, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The website described them as being warm when they delivered to me. Also, they forgot the dipping sauce it was supposed to come with. The store is always what it's been: clean, bright, the staff are delightful, and the coneys are the best in town, in my opinion and I've been to every coney place there is here!"

"The Rony, Roni, rone, was really amazing. The crust is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The cheese, sauce and pepperoni was such a great combo. Also, we go the white pizza.
