Santa Rosa,which I am assuming this is the one on SR Ave, is NO BUENO! No crunchy popcorn chicken in famous bowl, just block chicken that taste fake and over cooked. Mashed potatoes and corn were fine. Even the KFC off of Hwy 12 is better.
