The rib meat was literally as thick as the bone itself. It was also tough and dry. It's a shame though because the flavor was all there. There just was no meat. It's the texture. The balance of sauce and solid ingredients as well as the bread softness. It made me realize that every other sub I've eaten has usually been a dry laborious process of choking down a thick slab of tough bread with stuff inside.
