"My fiancée and I came to the Ponoco's to get away for a week and craved some good carryout. We're so unfamilar with the area and the food. But this restaurant checked ALL of our boxes. The pizza? Amazing! The crust was fresh, the flavor of the sauce was perfect. The hot & honey Wings were immaculate (just need add a touch more honey over buffalo) the Chicken Cheesesteak Sub was so good yet lightweight, you don't feel gross and full after eating there. "I sadly did not have a good experience here. I ordered to-go for my gluten free family, and I'm allergic but the others are just sensitive, so I marked accordingly so staff would only have to take the extra steps with mine. My mother ordered sweet potato fries with her burger and I had the same burger, so I purposely ordered regular fries and a different bun to make it very easy to differentiate meals. I ordered gluten free pizza for the kids. The pizzas were extremely thin, but the kids enjoyed them. The sweet potato fries were very soggy. Unfortunately they did not give me the regular fries or the different bun I ordered and did not mark which burger was cooked for my allergy and so I couldn't eat because I just can't risk it. But I really thought with all the effort to make the distinction on the menu I would not experience this. My mother said her burger was good, however. It's also worth mentioning that no sauce was packed for the burgers and there was no option to add one. I wanted to love it but I can't recommend."
