"Today I ordered the Italian Sausage three egg omelette and it was great. The omelette was cooked perfectly, nice and fluffy, had fresh ingredients and excellent flavor. I had never had eggs with marinara and the combination was surprisingly good especially with the Italian sausage and mushrooms. The included hash browns were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the biscuit was soft, fluffy, and quite large. Today, I ordered the chicken shawarma requesting no lettuce and no tomatoes. This is what I received - a soggy pita with TWO pieces of chicken. TWO. Beyond egregious, bordering on offensive. I've ordered this menu item 34 times because I crave it. But only about 50% of the time were the portions reasonable. The managers need to implement better quality control measures. Joke's on me for giving so much benefit of doubt.
