Saw a review that said their gravy was skimpy, but I received a quite large side container, it was perfect to be able to add as I ate. The Cubs Scrambler was great as well. I did make the mistake of ordering country potatoes not realizing they came mixed with bell peppers and onion, but that's on me. My delivery came on time, hot, with everything correct and cutlery and Add Condiments included. If you're on the fence due to the reviews, I'd say risk it, the food is great 👍"
"There was only a splash of gravy on my omelet, it was so dry, the toast was not even toasted, not even brown and the hash browns were burnt! The salad was fine. For over three bucks the corn muffin was tiny, I've had blueberry muffins and such twice this size! I will not order from here again, as this is not the first bad experience I've had with Black Bear. We live fairly close and go in to dine and have not evern had an issue, too bad they don't do the same for their delivery patrons. I will not be going back, ever. If I could I would give it a negative review."

"When I seen the mixed reviews, it had me on the fence about ordering. Like Most people, I wanted to make sure that I was getting something that I was going to like and didn't feel like I wasted my money on. So, after a literal 2 days of contemplating it- I ordered it.
I orderd 2 of the French Toast Combo- OO with hash browns, extra eggs and turkey bacon as well as the Cinnamon Roll 2 Pack - Reg - OO.For a full breakdown- Everything arrived cold, but I don't base reviews off of that, microwaves exist.
To start, the servings were very plentiful.
The eggs had no seasoning, but texture was really good and the utensils came with salt and pepper packets. The hash browns were perfectly browned and crispy on the outside and soft inside; Turkey bacon was also pretty good.
The French Toast came in a separate container from the rest of the food. The pieces themselves were big, light and fluffy with a dusting of powdered sugar; those were also really good.
The cinnamon rolls were massive. Shockingly very light and airy as well. The cream cheese was also surprisingly light; it wasn't too sweet nor lacking is sweetness in any way.
I wrote all this just to say that it was bussin and that I'd 100% order from them again lol."

"The food is usually pretty good, and normally I don't write reviews, but I have been having a specific issue since ordering from this store.
I get a Build Me Up Burger almost every time. The whole point is to customize the burger, yet I am missing the sauce about 50% of the time. Without it, it is just a plain, dry burger. Rarely, they put an ingredient on there that I requested they leave off, or they didn't add something else I asked for, but nothing like the amount of times I don't get the sauce. The sauce is the only reason I even get this specific meal! I could order from cheaper places to get a comperable or even burger, but I order from here for the sauce.
Additionally, this time, my Barq's® Root Beer (sealed) wasn't all the way filled. It was missing about an inch of soda from the top. That was on top of the missing sauce.
This order was clearly not quality controlled before given to the driver. The wait times for this place are already long, and the driver is always waiting about 10 minutes before they are able to pick up the order, so it's really a shame that these things slipped through the cracks."

The Olympic Provisions Ham is superior, and my sandwich was toasted perfectly. The eggs were fluffy, and the Everything Bagel itself was so good, one of the best I have ever had. The Bagel with house made strawberry jam was delightful. Of course, I needed coffee to go with my breakfast, and the Latte was excellent, as I expected from a place that roasts its own beans. "Unfortunately I cannot recommend. There was no option for an Americano without adding a flavor shot so I asked for that to be substituted with an add shot since I don't like flavor in my Americano. Somehow it ended up tasting more like diner coffee than an Americano. My cappuccino with lavender was ok but also tasted more like warm milk than coffee. Not sure if it wasn't fresh or something else but both coffees were very lackluster and didn't have much coffee flavor. I wanted to like this spot but I really can't get over how little I can taste the coffee in both drinks."
