"I had gone through the drive through and ordered a 12 piece extra crispy bucket, pot pie, large Mac and cheese, a classic chicken sandwich and wanted to up size to a large fry and the soda bucket. They would not let me up size. I actually had to order them separately. So i paid for fries and a soda i did not need. Then i end up waiting over 30 minutes for our order for them to tell me they didn't have the wings in extra crispy. And instead of just adding three different pieces they made sure i got wings in original. Which we dont like. Then when we got the food i was appalled. The Mac and cheese is so runny it runs right off the plate. The fried chicken had been sitting inthe heater for eternity because it was leather. So im trying to figure out why iwaited so long for a meal that has obviously been done for a very long time. Im not even going to start on the fries. I pay for a large and get a half of order(box was only half full) and the small fry that came with the combo had like 5 fries in it. I used to love KFC but they have lost my service due to the fact they dont care about their quality of service and food. What ever happened to customer service. "The previouly received 3 orders I had from Mama Goldberg's the bread was burnt black. All were Ruben Sandwiches but not all 3 were door dash ordered. So this time I called & requested my bread be toasted but not burnt. So if this new orders bread was toasted, it was so way below lightly toasted IF Toasted at all. Also the sandwich did not have any 1000 Island or their type or mustard & the only sauerkraut was about three strings of cabbage across the top of 1/2 of the sandwich. It is a sandwich I understand but when I DoorDash it, the cost is right around $20.00. Not wrong once, but Now 4 times. Makes me wonder if the staff is trained on how to make Their Sandwiches. The delivery drive was AWESOME, done EXACTLY what was listed on the instructions, that was perfect! Driver did not call, knock or try to contact me in anyway, which is EXACTLY what I wanted. Have had several drivers knock or call hoping to get an additional tip. But not this driver. The order was delivered just exactly how requested."
