"May be the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. I paid extra for simple black bean substitutions, and all instructions we're not adhered to. The quality of the items is the worst I've ever had at any Taco Bell. Scant ingredients, wrong ingredients no rice in anything, cold, wet, poorly constructed and poorly wrapped. The fried chicken is an absolute menace and needs to be eliminated from the menu entirely, forever. I don't even know what this is, chicken chunks with wet lettuce and cheese in an old tortilla? That's not even a thing on the menu. The ONE thing they got right, the Fiesta Potatoes arrived smashed for no reason. Please avoid this taco bell location at any cost. Chicken Shack was solid, great fast food chix sammy. The Double ShackBurger was also good but they didn't give me pickles (which are really good, btw, because they were on the chicken) and that is a crime in my eyes. Crinkle-cut Cheese Fries were solid and actually still a bit crispy. This is the only place where they have Moonlit a little beat for me, I like a bit more potato in my fries. Cheese sauce was good; cheesy with a very slight Swiss funk to it. Moonlit's is better IMHO. Solid burger and chicken here. I wish extra pickles was an option."

My food is always fresh, hot and beautifully packaged just like it is in the cafe. The Chocolate & Banana crepes are my absolute favorite and are so fluffy and tasty. The Hash Browns are the only Hash Browns I eat because they season them and prepare them so there are pockets of soft and crispiness.

"Very disappointed. I get two items every time I order. This time my Vegan Brussels Sprout Hash was covered in oil and barely any Brussels. My Vegan Burrito was HALF the size ! I get this so I can make two meals out of it. And I am not sure what changed but the VEGAN Chive Biscuit was also not the same I will not be ordering again for awhile. "Delicious! I ordered through door dash and it was still hit when it arrived. The Fish and Grits was just want I wanted 10/10. My daughter had Chicken and Waffles, which I tried and it was also good. The chicken was very fresh and fried well but did not as much flavor as the fish. My husband had the Classic Breakfast with a Cornbread waffle and hot links. I didn't try anything besides his cb waffle and it was 🔥. He said his food was good as well. Portions were fairly decent except for the side order of bacon (just 2 strips). We both said we'd like to go eat in person especially since this was a door dash experience. Two of our boxes were smash in and a bit soggy but im sure its from transporting hot food. Overall two thumbs up and fair prices.
P.s.condiments were included in the bad w/o even requesting them. Butter, jelly, syrup, hot sauce, tartar, ketchup and eating utensils.-very much appreciated.
