When the baguette arrived it was SO small, and I was disappointed as for the price I paid as you can go to Terra Breads for the same price and get a large baguette. However, that wasn't the kicker, the real issue was when I picked up the bread to cut it, it was rock solid. It felt more like a bat then bread - this was so disappointing as it went straight in the garbage. When I called the store to let them know, the person answering was incredibly unhelpful stating 'that's our baguettes'?! I said moving forward please don't send bread out that's inedible and she said okay I will tell our owner. Terrible bread and even worse service."
