In today's order, the Matcha Latte cup was sliced on the side and between a quarter and half of the drink had spilled out all over the cup carrier. The drinks are great and worth the money when made properly and handled with care, but it's very unfortunate to have ordered two days in a row and had issues both times when it's even more expensive through DoorDash. The Cookie Butter Latte was awesome, just pretty let down about the matcha drinks being messed up two times in a row."
"I had seen quite a few videos of this place online, so I decided to give it a shot. The Houjicha Latte has a lovely roasted scent with a subtle sweetnes to balance it. The one negative is the requirement of added additional dairy that forced extra pricing was unreasonable though. The Konbini Egg Sando is very fresh, well fille, and lightly seasoned. I've had sandwiches like this before, but cucumber slice were not in the middle, having them in the middle makes this much easier to eat. The Taiyaki (1 Piece) is well made, not overly stuffed. The batter is thin enough and the red bean filling has a subtle sweetness.
I would order again, but most likely for pick-up or in store purchasing. my dasher had to wait 15-20 minutes for my order and I can avoid the required surcharge for additonal item to a drink."

The chicken is LAUGHABLY tiny. To make this exact meal, as they have it, would cost you about $10 but Cheesecake Factory is charging $20 for this!
Also, both the chicken and the waffle will likely be soggy when they arrive as the package it in a non breathable container. But a quick trip to the air fryer for the chicken and a good few minutes in the broiler for the waffle and all is good.

Pan Fried Pork Buns (6) were bland and definitely needed to be drowned in the Sauce they included but there isnt enough Sauce for all the things. Golden Brick Bites (5) with Sweet Milk Dip tasted chemically? The Cha Siu Bao / 叉烧包 was ABSOLUTELY amazing and so was the Matcha Waffle! I really wish I didnt spend so much BUT now that I know what I like from here I will just stick with those. the things we did like were REALLY good. I am so sorry for leaving negative comments."

"Always delicious! The fruit is always fresh while the crepes are not overly sweet but just the right amount! Only thing is the chocolate can be a little messy and peeling the wrapping all the way around can be a little difficult lol

"Quality was very good. Id say the 9. Blueberry NY Cheesecake could've used a better distribution of filling but was very good price was ok a little higher then I've paid but nothing crazy. The creme 15. Crepe Brulee crepe was fairly small for the price, and the creme brulee filing was barley present except for the very top. It was all crepe no filling. For almost $8 I'd have expected a lot more filling then just a timely layer at the top. What filling was there was very good, and the fruit was all very fresh and ripe, but the price for the smaller crepes isn't worth it in my opion as the filling isn't really present with that size the larger size is much better, but on the more pricey side, again though not outrageous I'd say $$ out of for big size crepes and $$$ for small crepes. If you wanna try this place just get the big size otherwise it's not worth it. "
