Also, any authentic place or one that cares about informing their staff would put more than one packet of sumac in the bag when any kind of koobideh is involved. We ordered the package for two which came with so much food including salad, four cold one hot (the liver) appetizers, mixed grill (generous sampling of all they have to offer and the Adana, döner and the lamb shish kebab so tasty).
