I did find the salmon hard to take a bite out of the hand roll but that might just be the nature of trying to eat it that way, I would just order it as a regular roll next time. A little sweet and savory, not a very overpowering eel flavor and they were GENEROUS with the avocado which gave sucha nice creamy texture to the roll. I love the spicy tuna roll as well. I've tried it at other restaurants and been less than impressed but the flavor of theirs is quite good. You gotta try the Peanut Avocado roll, the creamy, buttery avocado with the crunchy, sweet honey roasted peanuts and then salty soy sauce is a dreamy pairing! "
