Pork Egg Roll or Shrimp Roll (1) and it was all cooked nicely and tasted fresh. I love that the eggrolls were not greasy and had good flavor. The ribs were cooked nicely as well not charred. There was one tiny little dab of wasabi, scarcely enough for one piece, much less four. The manager argued vehemently with me, even after I showed her pictures of the items. Smoked Beef Brisket lacked flavor it was very tender though but could only bare to eat it if it was covered in their bbq sauce, the sauce is really good glad it wasnt watered down. The rice also needs something its very bland. If you don't like your food to have flavor I recommend but i like flavor a pinch of salt won't kill the two times i have eaten here (one sit in one take out) the rice was BLAND. I like the concept but the food is very much mid. The dine in experience is better though just because they give you complimentary items which they should include a little of that for takeout with the amount you pay. "
